Brand characteristics

The BIONIKA SLIM implant system represents a new generation of compact, minimally invasive solutions, specifically designed for narrow alveolar ridges and softer bone structures.

Following the natural root shape, its conical, self-compressing thread design with a high pitch and rounded thread profile ensures excellent primary stability and optimal load distribution.

The system is available in three main versions — Slim Parallel, Slim Compact, and Slim Micro — each tailored to different clinical needs: the Parallel version is ideal for cement-retained restorations, the Compact type is compatible with screw-retained abutments, while the Micro variant is optimised for transgingival procedures and immediate loading.

The 4-slot (H4) and Classic head designs provide precise connection and easy parallelisation, while the flexible neck allows up to 30° angulation correction.

Manufactured from Grade 5 titanium, the implants achieve stable primary fixation with a 35–50 Ncm insertion torque. The conical, pointed apex facilitates accurate placement with minimal bone trauma.

The SLIM system embodies the perfect balance of stability, flexibility, and aesthetic prosthetic integration.

Geometry characteristics

The micro-sized ball-head technical implant is designed for dental laboratory applications where compact dimensions and high-precision fit are essential—such as in micro locator systems or O-ring-based solutions. It is ideal for trial applications and pattern modelling.

Features:

  • Ball-head design
  • Micro dimensions
  • Intended for technical use in laboratory settings
  • Suitable for space-constrained or precision-based applications

This type is particularly recommended when the final prosthetic restoration requires micro-sized ball-head retention and precise fit modelling is critical during dental laboratory workflows.
