Brand characteristics
The BIONIKA Conefit implant system is based on a combination of a 60° centering Morse taper and a hexagonal connection, providing precise fit and micromovement-free stability between the abutment and the implant.
The two-piece version of the system offers outstanding versatility, accommodating more than 40 abutment geometries, while the one-piece variant is available with a collar or anatomical head design, featuring a neck height adapted to the mucosal thickness.
Implant placement at or slightly below the cortical level enhances long-term stability and supports bone level preservation.
Through its platform-switching design, the soft tissues form a biological seal around the implant shoulder, effectively preventing bacterial penetration.
The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread structure combined with the anatomical root-shaped body exerts a bone-condensing effect, facilitating dynamic load distribution and rapid osseointegration.
The rounded implant apex further improves surgical precision, allowing for subtle directional adjustments and secure positioning during placement.
Geometry characteristics
Prepable Abutment for Angular Correction with Indexed Orientation and Implant-Level Connection
The Universal abutment, angled, positioned, type-B is a prepable, implant-level abutment developed for cases where precise spatial orientation and angular correction of the prosthetic restoration are required. Its angled design allows for correction of implant axis deviation, while the prepable shape gives full freedom to customize the final contours in clinical or laboratory settings.
The Type B indexing means that a specific point (apex) of the connection always aligns with the same orientation relative to the top of the abutment. This ensures accurate repositioning and consistent orientation of the prosthetic elements, which is particularly important in multiple-implant restorations.
Main Benefits:
- Prepable design: Custom-shapeable to match anatomical and aesthetic requirements.
- Angled geometry: Enables compensation for non-ideal implant angulation.
- Indexed connection (Type B): A defined apex consistently aligns with the top section of the abutment.
- Implant-level fit: Direct and stable connection to the implant for excellent adaptation.
- Biocompatible titanium: Reliable, long-term material suitable for clinical use.
- The product includes the screw.
Application:
The Universal abutment, angled, positioned, type-B is the ideal choice in cases where the prosthetic abutment must be positioned in a defined spatial orientation and both accurate repositioning and custom shaping are essential.
