Brand characteristics
The BIONIKA Conefit implant system is based on a combination of a 60° centering Morse taper and a hexagonal connection, providing precise fit and micromovement-free stability between the abutment and the implant.
The two-piece version of the system offers outstanding versatility, accommodating more than 40 abutment geometries, while the one-piece variant is available with a collar or anatomical head design, featuring a neck height adapted to the mucosal thickness.
Implant placement at or slightly below the cortical level enhances long-term stability and supports bone level preservation.
Through its platform-switching design, the soft tissues form a biological seal around the implant shoulder, effectively preventing bacterial penetration.
The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread structure combined with the anatomical root-shaped body exerts a bone-condensing effect, facilitating dynamic load distribution and rapid osseointegration.
The rounded implant apex further improves surgical precision, allowing for subtle directional adjustments and secure positioning during placement.

Implant-Level, Non-Indexed Cylindrical Abutment with Stepped Design for Custom Restorations
The Tubular abutment, stepped, implant level, non-positioned is a precision prosthetic component that connects directly to the implant and supports the fixation of custom restorations, whether fabricated digitally or using traditional methods. The stepped design enhances fit and soft tissue support, making it especially beneficial in aesthetically demanding regions.
The non-indexed version allows for free orientation, which is particularly useful in cases where the final direction of the restoration is determined during the laboratory workflow, without the need for a fixed repositioning index. This offers greater flexibility when designing individual crowns or bridges.
Main Advantages:
- Stepped design: Provides aesthetic benefits and soft tissue support.
- Non-indexed version: Complete freedom in determining restoration orientation.
- Implant-level connection: Stable fit to the implant platform.
- Compatible with CAD/CAM and traditional methods: Flexible use in a range of prosthetic workflows.
- Biocompatible titanium: Durable, sterilisable, and tissue-friendly material.
- The screw is included.
Indications:
The Tubular abutment, stepped, implant level, non-positioned is an ideal solution for custom implant-supported restorations where freedom of orientation is prioritised over indexed repositioning, and where adaptation to aesthetic and anatomical requirements is essential during prosthetic design.
