Brand characteristics

The BIONIKA Conefit implant system is based on a combination of a 60° centering Morse taper and a hexagonal connection, providing precise fit and micromovement-free stability between the abutment and the implant.

The two-piece version of the system offers outstanding versatility, accommodating more than 40 abutment geometries, while the one-piece variant is available with a collar or anatomical head design, featuring a neck height adapted to the mucosal thickness.

Implant placement at or slightly below the cortical level enhances long-term stability and supports bone level preservation.

Through its platform-switching design, the soft tissues form a biological seal around the implant shoulder, effectively preventing bacterial penetration.

The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread structure combined with the anatomical root-shaped body exerts a bone-condensing effect, facilitating dynamic load distribution and rapid osseointegration.

The rounded implant apex further improves surgical precision, allowing for subtle directional adjustments and secure positioning during placement.

Implant-Level, Indexed Titanium Base for Digitally Designed Custom Restorations

The Titanium base, positioned is a precision-machined titanium abutment base that connects directly to the implant and is designed for securing custom zirconia or metal-ceramic restorations. Its indexed design ensures that a specific point on the connection interface — such as a flat or notch — aligns identically during each reattachment, guaranteeing accurate and reproducible positioning of the restoration.

This feature is particularly critical for multi-implant restorations or crowns placed in the aesthetic zone, where orientation accuracy is essential for aligning contours, contact points, and axial directions. The base is optimised for use with CAD/CAM systems, making it ideal for digitally planned, screw-retained or cemented restorations.

Main Benefits:

  • Indexed design: Repeatable orientation for accurate reattachment of restorations.
  • Implant-level connection: Direct fit to the implant with stable and precise seating.
  • Optimised for digital workflows: Fully compatible with CAD/CAM processes.
  • Suitable for both screw-retained and cemented solutions: Broad prosthetic applicability.
  • Biocompatible titanium: Long-lasting, tissue-friendly, and sterilizable medical-grade material.
  • The product includes the screw.

Application:

The Titanium base, positioned is an excellent choice for implant-level, digitally designed restorations, especially in cases where orientation precision, aesthetics, and reliability are critical — such as multi-unit bridges or single crowns in the anterior zone.
