Brand characteristics

The BIONIKA Conefit implant system is based on a combination of a 60° centering Morse taper and a hexagonal connection, providing precise fit and micromovement-free stability between the abutment and the implant.

The two-piece version of the system offers outstanding versatility, accommodating more than 40 abutment geometries, while the one-piece variant is available with a collar or anatomical head design, featuring a neck height adapted to the mucosal thickness.

Implant placement at or slightly below the cortical level enhances long-term stability and supports bone level preservation.

Through its platform-switching design, the soft tissues form a biological seal around the implant shoulder, effectively preventing bacterial penetration.

The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread structure combined with the anatomical root-shaped body exerts a bone-condensing effect, facilitating dynamic load distribution and rapid osseointegration.

The rounded implant apex further improves surgical precision, allowing for subtle directional adjustments and secure positioning during placement.

Geometry characteristics

The angled titanium base is an implant-level abutment that provides a prosthetic solution for tilted implants. Its indexed (anti-rotational) design enables a precise fit and unambiguous placement. The Type B design matches a specific connection system that features a different geometry from Type A.

Features:

  • Implant-level titanium base
  • Angled orientation for tilted implants
  • Indexed, anti-rotational connection
  • Type B compatibility
  • Ideal for CAD/CAM technologies

This type is particularly useful in cases where implant angulation deviates from an axial abutment, while still requiring a precise, stable fit.
