Brand characteristics
The BIONIKA Conefit implant system is based on a combination of a 60° centering Morse taper and a hexagonal connection, providing precise fit and micromovement-free stability between the abutment and the implant.
The two-piece version of the system offers outstanding versatility, accommodating more than 40 abutment geometries, while the one-piece variant is available with a collar or anatomical head design, featuring a neck height adapted to the mucosal thickness.
Implant placement at or slightly below the cortical level enhances long-term stability and supports bone level preservation.
Through its platform-switching design, the soft tissues form a biological seal around the implant shoulder, effectively preventing bacterial penetration.
The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread structure combined with the anatomical root-shaped body exerts a bone-condensing effect, facilitating dynamic load distribution and rapid osseointegration.
The rounded implant apex further improves surgical precision, allowing for subtle directional adjustments and secure positioning during placement.
Geometry characteristics
Angled, Position-Oriented Multi-Unit Abutment for LT2.7 System, Wide Design with M1.6 Internal Thread
The Multi-unit abutment, angled, positioned, wide, LT2.7, type-A is a prosthetic abutment designed for connection to an implant or intermediate multi-unit base. Developed specifically for screw-retained restorations, the angled design allows correction of the divergence between the implant axis and the final restoration axis, while the wide profile offers enhanced support for soft tissues and prosthetics, especially in posterior regions.
The Type A position-oriented interface ensures that a defined flat surface of the connection consistently aligns with the same position relative to the top of the abutment during each reinsertion. This precise orientation supports optimal alignment of prosthetic components, which is especially important in multi-implant bridges and full-arch restorations.
The M1.6 internal thread at the top allows secure attachment of final prosthetic components such as bridge frameworks or screw-retained restorations. The lower part connects to the LT2.7 platform with a non-screw-based friction-fit geometry.
Main Advantages:
- Angular correction: Allows compensation for implant axis misalignment.
- Type A orientation: The flat surface of the connection always aligns to the same position.
- Wide design: Provides additional support for restorations in posterior zones.
- LT2.7 compatibility: Fully integrated with the appropriate system platform.
- M1.6 internal thread: Enables secure fixation of prosthetic components.
- Biocompatible titanium: Safe, sterilizable, and tissue-friendly material for long-term use.
Indications:
The Multi-unit abutment, angled, positioned, wide, LT2.7, type-A is an ideal solution for screw-retained restorations supported by multiple implants, particularly when angular correction, increased stability, and precise orientation are required in full compatibility with the LT2.7 system.
