Brand characteristics

The BIONIKA Conefit implant system is based on a combination of a 60° centering Morse taper and a hexagonal connection, providing precise fit and micromovement-free stability between the abutment and the implant.

The two-piece version of the system offers outstanding versatility, accommodating more than 40 abutment geometries, while the one-piece variant is available with a collar or anatomical head design, featuring a neck height adapted to the mucosal thickness.

Implant placement at or slightly below the cortical level enhances long-term stability and supports bone level preservation.

Through its platform-switching design, the soft tissues form a biological seal around the implant shoulder, effectively preventing bacterial penetration.

The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread structure combined with the anatomical root-shaped body exerts a bone-condensing effect, facilitating dynamic load distribution and rapid osseointegration.

The rounded implant apex further improves surgical precision, allowing for subtle directional adjustments and secure positioning during placement.

Accurate Implant Impression with Angle Correction and Defined Orientation

The Impression coping for closed tray, angled, type-B is an implant-level impression component specifically developed for the closed tray technique. Its angled design enables angle compensation, making it particularly advantageous when the implant axis deviates from the ideal direction.

The Type B positioning ensures that a specific corner of the connecting interface always aligns in the same orientation relative to the top part of the coping. This allows for precise and predictable reproduction during laboratory procedures, which is crucial in multiple-implant restorations where coordinated orientation is essential.

Main Advantages:

  • Angled design: Facilitates angle correction for non-ideally positioned implants.
  • For closed tray use: Enables impression taking without removing the coping, streamlining clinical workflows.
  • Type B positioning: A specific corner of the connector is consistently aligned with the coping’s top for repeatable orientation.
  • Implant-level connection: Provides stable, direct engagement with the implant.
  • Biocompatible metal: Precisely machined, durable, and sterilisable material for clinical reliability.

Indications:

The Impression coping for closed tray, angled, type-B is the optimal choice in clinical situations requiring both angle correction and reliable orientation — particularly in the case of coordinated restorations involving multiple implants.
