Közvetlenül az implantátumba betekerhető (implantátum szintű) változat.

Az implantátumot olyan egymáshoz illeszkedő elemekből álló felépítménnyel látjuk el, mely biztosítja az implantátum párhuzamosíthatóságát tág határok között. Annak érdekében, hogy nagy szögeltérések esetén is alkalmazható legyen a rendszer (pl. 60°/90°) a kúpos geometriát preferáljuk. Egy megoldásként az implantátumba mágnesbetéttel ellátott külső kúpos felépítményt használunk, ugyancsak megfelelő erősségű mágnessel kapcsolódó sapkarésszel együtt. A mágneses kapcsolat biztosítja az illeszkedő felek egyszerűen oldható, de biztonságos helyzetét.

A harapásvételi fejek egyéb méreteinek választéka az alkalmazott implantátumrendszer méreteinek megfelelően változik.
