The BIONIKA Biolevel implant system is based on a 90° Cone & Hex connection that ensures a stable, micromovement-free fit and precise force transmission.

When the implant shoulder is placed at or slightly below the cortical level, it promotes bone preservation, while the internal platform-switching design allows the bone to naturally grow over the implant edge.

The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread structure optimizes load distribution and facilitates rapid osseointegration. Meanwhile, the anatomical root-shaped body and rounded apex assist in positioning and enhance primary stability.

The Tubular abutment, positioned is a precision implant-level component that allows for the stable and repeatable fixation of screw-retained crowns, bridge frameworks, or custom abutments. Its indexed configuration ensures that a defined flat surface or apex on the connection is always aligned in the same direction relative to the top part of the restoration upon reinsertion. This enables precise fit and consistent restoration orientation, particularly in multi-implant cases.

The cylindrical design is well-suited for restorations manufactured via CAD/CAM or conventional methods and is especially advantageous when prosthetic axis alignment, contact point control, and aesthetic integration are critical.
