Brand characteristics

The BIONIKA 3I implant system is compatible with the BIOMET® 3I® platform and features a conical and hexagonal (Cone & Hex) connection that ensures precise, micromovement-free fitting and reliable load transfer.

The 30° cone angle directs forces deep into the implant body, reducing the risk of bone resorption and enhancing long-term stability.

The spirally micro-grooved, self-locking thread profile provides optimal engagement in the cortical layer, while the bone-condensing, self-cutting thread geometry delivers outstanding primary stability in the spongy bone.

The platform switching design supports the natural adaptation of bone and soft tissue, creating a biological seal at the implant shoulder.

With its anatomical root-shaped design and rounded apex, the BIONIKA 3I implant ensures precise placement, excellent osseointegration, and long-term prosthetic reliability.

Geometry characteristics

Precision Model Implant for Laboratory and Educational Use

The Implant analog is a non-insertable model implant designed for laboratory use, accurately replicating the geometry and connection features of the original implant. It allows dental laboratories to safely and precisely fabricate prosthetic components without the need to handle the actual implant directly.

The technical implant is placed into a stone model, enabling all laboratory procedures—from model fabrication after impression-taking to trial fitting of prosthetic structures—to be carried out with the same accuracy as if working with the original implant. This ensures reliable fit and function of the final restoration during clinical application.

Main Advantages:

  • Implant-compatible design: Precisely replicates the connection geometry of the original implant.
  • For laboratory use: Inserted into a model made from the impression to allow prosthetic fabrication and test fitting.
  • Durable, stable material: Precision-machined and suitable for multiple uses.
  • Easy to use: Simple insertion into the stone model or working block.

Application:

The Implant analog is an essential tool in any dental laboratory working with implant-supported restorations, and is also ideal for training and demonstration purposes.
