Why choose BIONIKA Milling Centre services?
Several factors still hinder the adoption of digital dentistry, including the cost of switching technology, which can place a heavy burden on dental laboratories. This is why many labs continue to use casting, even though modern CAD/CAM equipment enables much more accurate and precise restorations. BIONIKA created a state-of-the-art milling centre to support dental laboratories, building on nearly 30 years of experience in dentistry and implant manufacturing. Our advanced technology enables us to produce high-quality crowns, bridges and bars. Alongside our professional equipment, our specialists contribute their expertise to every successful restoration.

Quality materials at BIONIKA
The combination of premium materials and professional expertise enables us to produce ordered restorations quickly and precisely. We use only high-quality, reliable materials whose quality and conformity are certified by the manufacturer and which comply with the international ISO 5832 standard.
- Titanium: This versatile material offers excellent biocompatibility and does not cause allergic reactions. We use Grade 4 and Grade 5 titanium and 5-axis CNC milling to produce durable, precisely fitting restorations.
- Zirconia: Easy to machine and highly aesthetic, zirconia is an excellent solution for metal-free restorations. Its high strength also makes it suitable for full-arch bridges, while avoiding the galvanic effects associated with metals.
- Co-Cr alloy: We manufacture Co-Cr crowns and bridges from a single solid block using 5-axis CNC technology. Although the alloy is challenging to machine, the monolithic framework is stronger and enables a more precise fit.
- Pattern wax and resin: CAD-CAM technology can also produce computer-designed dental geometries from pattern wax for casting or from resin for temporary restorations.
